The Essentials Package

Foundational movements for a safe and effective practice.  These classes are designed to improve mobility, strength and deepen your connection to your mind and body. (4 classes)

Frequently Asked Questions

All classes are pre-recorded and 30 minutes in length.

Each class includes a variety of yoga movements that may include somatics (gentle movements designed to release our unconscious holding patterns in our body), functional mobility and active/passive stretches.

Yes!!!  The classes are “all – levels”.  They are not geared to any specific age or skill level.

Modifications are provided that support those who are new to yoga, as well as seasoned practitioners.

Yes!!!  Each class focuses on a different body part or theme.  For example, neck and shoulders, low back, hips/hamstrings, core, de-stressing, morning wake-up etc.

Some classes include:

  • 1 or 2 yoga blocks (books are a good alternative)
  • yoga strap or theraband (an old tie or towel is a good alternative).
  • during seated practice, you may want to have a cushion or chair close by for greater comfort.

Once you register, I will send you links to 6 classes.  These links will remain open for a specific 6 week period.  For example, if you register for a 6 – week session, say April 16 – May 21st,  you can join at the beginning or any time during that window and receive all 6 classes.  Class links remain active/open during the duration of the 6 week window.

$60 for 6, 30-minute online classes.
